Final Round

The car has been a big problem for me during this holiday luckily its during my semester holidays, but this affected my holiday plans with Baobei... so sorry... so sad...

Lets sum up what has the car & I been through... After the minor servicing, the coolant & brakes were changed, leak was found and gaskets & transmission oil were changed too. After which due to the change of oil the car transmission is dying as it does not like the new oil and its OLD so anything can happen... coolant leak so water pump & thermostats need to be replaced.. power steering hose gave way and leak so had it replaced... brakes still having some problems... tomorrow I will send it to KMart for one last time to have my coolant leak fixed, brakes cleaned, have my tyres checked if possible, replace my overflow bottle.. and hopefully after this, beside the lossing of power, the car would be fine and so we could sell it... this car is costing us too much $$ and too much time... I have my reasons for buying a younger and much expensive car, sometimes its just the quality & price relation but not everyone has that kind of money to spend especially we are all here to study and live off our own money... my mind now is to fixed the rest and sell it... getting another one after that is secondary..

But overall I can say I learnt quite alot from this car experience, like the coolant lost causing engine overheating, power steering gave way so driving without power steering, learning what is the right tyre pressure, changing the car radio, replacing the antenna, replacing wiper blades & also checking all those oils & fluids making sure they are full...

Anyway Baobei baked new cookies today haha, they look and taste abit different from the batch we made before, I told Baobei it was because this time round I was not doing it with her haha =P but it was alright, will master the art of baking cookie sooner or later hehe..

Feeling very... just sad and disappointed I guess... not able to have an enjoyable holiday with Baobei, causing so much problem for the car... non of these would have happen if I had not bring it for a minor servicing... maybe it will but, and also because of this spending so much money to change this and that, its not only me but Nick's pocket too... and me alone to settle this issue is driving me crazy as things don't get any better... but well...
